The EOEbot Limited Warranty covers eligible purchases* made directly through Amazon, Walmart, or eBay. Warranty benefits apply exclusively to the original purchaser and product, and are not transferable.

When used in a typical home environment and maintained according to the user guide, your air purifier is protected against defects in materials and workmanship. By registering your unit, you’ll gain up to five (5) years of peace-of-mind coverage and priority support.

What's Included in the Warranty

  • Repair or replacement of the original unit and/or eligible components, at our discretion, within the coverage period.
  • If a replacement is provided, the warranty continues for either two (2) years from the replacement date or the remainder of your original term — whichever is longer.
  • We cover standard ground shipping costs for valid claims.

What’s Not Covered

  • Consumable parts like filters or pre-filters that are designed to be replaced regularly.
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, commercial use, or improper maintenance.
  • Products altered or repaired by unauthorized parties.
  • Incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
  • Units used outside North America or outside their intended residential environment.
